The DIGITAL MULTIPORT, available as a 1-unit wide standard NIM module or standalone desktop device, integrates up to 4 Independent 16k Digital MCA for digital Nuclear Spectroscopy. A version with 2 independent 16k MCA is also available (DIGITAL MULTIPORT-A).
Paired with proper Amplifier and High Voltage Power Supply it can exploits its high performance as ADC/MCA with a wide range of detectors.
DIGITAL MULTIPORT is designed for high energy resolution semiconductor detectors, like HPGe and Silicon Drift Detectors but also for scintillation detectors as NaI and LaBr3.
The DIGITAL MULTIPORT features the real-time Digital Pulse Processing for Pulse Height Analysis and implements a digital trapezoidal filter on the input which replaces the traditional analog chain pulse and results in a quicker and more accurate signal processing.
Thanks to its independent inputs of simultaneous acquisition, the DIGITAL MULTIPORT is able to manage coincidences and anticoincidences between up to four detectors.
