The D-DSA SyS is a compact desktop system integrating 2 Independent 16k Digital MCA based on Digital Pulse Processing and featuring HV/Preamp capabilities for digital nuclear Spectroscopy. It is designed for up to two spectroscopy detectors such as HPGe, silicon or inorganic scintillator.
Thanks to its two independent inputs of simultaneous acquisition, the D-DSA SyS is able to manage coincidences and anticoincidences between a pair of detectors, allowing the user, for example, to easily take advantage of background rejection or anti-Compton techniques.
D-DSA SyS is equipped with a firmware for Pulse Height Analysis, that is a Digital Pulse Processing algorithm making the board a spectroscopy acquisition system providing energy (i.e. pulse height) and timing information as well as portions of the waveform and other traces for the fine tuning of the PHA settings.
Used with the new CAEN data acquisition and analysis software MC2 Analyzer it becomes a complete and high-performance spectroscopy workstation enclosed in a compact desktop housing.

- D-DSA SyS-SD: suited for Diamond and Silicon detectors coupled with a CSP
